ZF CLEANING / HOW IT WORKS
From first enquiry to an agreed cleaning brief.
A clear enquiry helps both sides understand the job. This guide explains what to prepare and what to clarify when arranging cleaning with ZF Cleaning. It is a guide to the enquiry process, not a promise of a particular assessment method or booking time.
1. Describe your space
Choose event and exhibition cleaning or office and commercial cleaning. Tell us the venue or premises location and the areas you want cleaned. An approximate size and description of the surfaces are useful starting points.
2. Share the timing
For an event, include setup dates, opening hours and handover deadlines. For a workplace, include preferred access times and frequency. Highlight any fixed deadlines and explain which details remain flexible.
3. Clarify the scope
Discuss the tasks, areas, access arrangements and exclusions with the team. Ask whether any additional information or site assessment is needed. Make sure the proposal reflects the actual requirement before accepting it.
4. Confirm the arrangement
Confirm pricing, dates, responsibilities and any relevant terms directly with ZF Cleaning. A submitted form is an enquiry; it does not reserve staff or confirm a booking.
If requirements change
Contact the team when dates, attendance, areas or access conditions change. A change in the brief may require the scope or price to be reviewed. Keep venue instructions available to the people coordinating the work.
