Start with the event timetable
Include setup dates, public opening hours and the time the venue must be handed back. Let us know whether you are enquiring about preparation, cleaning while the event is running, a post-event clean, or a combination. The team will confirm the agreed coverage and availability.
Map the areas that matter
Exhibition floors and walkways: identify visitor routes and floor surfaces. Restrooms: describe the facilities and expected use. Food and concession areas: flag areas where spillages and waste need particular attention. Entrances and shared spaces: include any areas outside the main hall that form part of your enquiry.
What to send with your enquiry
A venue plan is helpful if you have one. Add approximate attendance, event duration, areas to clean, access arrangements and any specific venue requirements. If the event is still being planned, send what you know and highlight the decisions still outstanding.
